Shipping Options:
We currently offer Standard Shipping, which will be sent out either through FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Using these methods it will take 1 - 6 business days for you to receive your package after it is shipped. We do not accept PO Box addresses at this time.
Damaged Shipments:
We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged
shipment. In this case, please hold onto all of the packaging and contact us immediately. Please make sure that you do not discard part of the package. Carefully describe the condition of the packaging material and the ordered items. A representative of the shipping company may pick up the package from your location in order to inspect the damage. Because we insure all of our packages, we will try our best to replace the damaged items for you as soon as possible.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
Packages will be shipped back to us if the customer either refuses the package, is not available for several days for delivery, or if the address entered is either incorrect or incomplete. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by WheelHQ.com. If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee before they are credited back for the items. Once the order is shipped, it may
not be refused due to delays in shipping or order processing.
Defective Items:
Contact us directly when there are defective items. This allows us to inspect the products and take proper action. If you are having trouble with a product, our highly trained staff may also be able to help you with the product without having to send it back to us. If the product is clearly defective, we replace it at no charge.
Return Policy
Product Returns:
1. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. Wheelhq.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed with ten (10) business days of receipt. “Business days” does not include weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered.
2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or partial order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If the issue is not reported to the RMA department within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
3. In the event of a defect that occurs outside our return policy, but within the manufacturer warranty, exchange will be handled directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim. As a courtesy to our customer, Wheelhq.com will be happy to try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim, with the understanding that Wheelhq.com in no way has any input into the final decision (i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.).
4. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition. If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure will be breached, and Wheelhq.com may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.
5. Any non-defective product returned for a refund will be assessed only the original shipping charges incurred by Wheelhq.com. A Damage and Recovery fee may be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable (i.e. damage to product, incomplete product, broken packaging, etc.). Wheelhq.com will not assess a fee to returns of defective items. A qualified technician will test and review each returned product.
6. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product) or defective item. In addition, if returning an item for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by Wheelhq.com will be deducted from the refund issued.
*When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Additionally, only the signature of an authorized Wheelhq.com employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss return product during shipment.*
7. Customers are responsible for checking all merchandise for damage or defect when the order is received, and before the item is used. Wheelhq.com will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used. If the product is damaged during shipment, Wheelhq.com will replace the product at no charge.
8. Wheelhq.com is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
9. Unauthorized returns, refused packages, and undeliverable packages can take up to 3 weeks to be processed, and may be refused, returned to you at your expense, or charged a restocking fee (the amount of which will be determined upon processing the refused item). 10. At no time will used, mounted, or balanced wheels be accepted for return. Damage done to wheels during mounting or balancing will not be covered by Wheelhq.com. Customers will be responsible for checking wheels for damage before they are mounted and/or balanced. Installation costs/mounting and balancing fees will not be covered by Wheelhq.com for any returned product. Any wheels returned incomplete (i.e. missing center caps, etc.) will be refused or returned to you at your expense.
Ship back any returns with plenty of packaging material to prevent damage during shipping. In the event that you are returning a non-defective product, you may want to make sure that the package is insured as we will not be responsible for any packages that are damaged in transit. Please make sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box you use to ship.
Delivery problems:
In rare instances, there may be a problem with delivery. Most of the time, this is because the package was delivered to a side entrance instead of the main entrance and the customer is unable to locate the package. If you believe the package was not delivered to your address or have any other similar problems, please contact us within 5 days of when the package was supposed to arrive. Any longer delays may seriously hinder our investigation.
